Natalie is phenomenal! Everything you would want in a REALTOR®. She really helped us in our first home purchase. We feel like meeting her, having her there to answer our hundreds of questions, and truly help us through the buying process was a blessing. Natalie helped me purchase my home in Waco, TX in July 2014. An extremely stressful experience, buying and selling homes in two different locations, Natalie helped me navigate the process from securing financing to arranging my move. I had decided not to look at the home I purchased, and when I did go look, the seller wanted to stay at the home. This was unusual, but Natalie encouraged me to view the home - she had a good feeling about it. Her experience and connection to Waco and surrounding areas made my experience much easier. To top it off, Natalie brought me pizza the night I moved-in. It's truly the little things!

Natalie was our realtor for both the house we sold and the one we bought. She was responsive and knowledgeable throughout every step of the process. She had great recommendations for professionals that we needed along the way - inspector, electrician, pest control, etc. and she was excellent at negotiating, particularly when the buyer's agent wasn't doing a great job for their client. It was help with the back and forth and resolving bumps in the process where she was invaluable to us.

Natalie helped me find two houses I wanted to purchase. We did this in a very short timeframe. She demonstrated to me her grasp of local knowledge by suggesting that neighborhoods I had suggested were not what I would like by driving me through the area. She was 100% correct in her assessment of my comfort level. She demonstrated her mastery of the real estate process as she walked me through the various processes necessary to purchase. Her responsiveness to my concerns and questions was nearly immediate each time. Natalie demonstrated her negotiating skill by her suggestions to help me decide my next steps. She was totally focused on me, her customer, while she was working on my search, my negotiation to a contract, and her effort to insure that everything necessary is complete to insure a clean and quick closing.
