About Natalie
Thank you for visiting my website! I hope you find the latest information about me, real estate, and Our Town, Waco helpful.
I am passionate about the future appreciation of Waco real estate and continuously strive to evolve by overcoming challenges in my career and life.
Raised in Albany, Texas—about 125 miles west of Fort Worth—I also spent time living in Fort Worth and Farmer's Branch. Albany is where I grew up and honed my true Texan accent. I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree. That same year, I started working at a family-owned bridal shop, Georgio’s, where my personality shone through.
In October 2010, I transitioned to a marketing position at Coldwell Banker Jim Stewart, REALTORS®, discovering my true calling in real estate. I earned my real estate license in October 2012 and most recently joined my family brokerage this year, Camille Johnson, REALTORS®.
While I primarily focus on residential properties, I have experience in all types of sales and can assist with any real estate needs.
Growing up in a small town instilled in me a strong sense of community. I serve on the Executive Board for Refuge Waco, spent five years on the board for the Advocacy Center for Crime Victims & Children, and am involved with the Greater Hewitt Chamber of Commerce. I have also volunteered with the Junior League of Waco, Cotton Palace, Habitat for Humanity, and served on the board for the United Way of McLennan County.
I have a beautiful daughter and a delightful pup, Lulu. Family is my "why" and my everything. Follow our adventures on Instagram at @nataliesellswaco.
